                      How do I measure the length of my curtains?
                    
                    
                  
                  A good rule of thumb if you like curtains with a slight trail is to measure from floor to ceiling and add 1cm.
But to really measure the length you want for your curtains requires a bit of precision, but
it’s also a matter of personal taste and style.

                      How long is the delivery time?
                    
                    
                  
                  All curtains are made with love to order. The curtains will be dispatched within 6-8 weeks. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and can always track your order quickly and easily via this.
                    
                    
                      How will my curtains be delivered?
                    
                    
                  
                  For our Swiss customers, the shipping company and delivery options may vary, but we primarily ship via Swiss Post.
                    
                    
                      My parcel has been sent in return. What do I do?
                    
                    
                  
                  If your parcel has been returned to us, we’ll need to charge you the same shipping amount again.
                    
                    
                      Do you offer worldwide shipping?
                    
                    
                  
                  We primarily ship within Switzerland. If you’d like to ship to another location outside of Switzerland, we are more than happy to help.
                    
                    
                      What payment options are available?
                    
                    
                  
                  We accept payment with American Express, Twint, Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.
                    
                    
                      Can I return custom made curtains?
                    
                    
                  
                  All of our curtains are crafted with love specifically for your home. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns.
                    
                    
                      How can I cancel an order?
                    
                    
                  
                  If you or a family member placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it for you.
However, because we strive to fill orders quickly to ensure you get your curtains as soon as possible, you'll need to act fast. While we'll do our best, we can't guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
                    
                    
                      What qualifies for a reclaim?
                    
                    
                  
                  All our curtains undergo a thorough quality control in multiple steps before being packed and shipped. If your order was defect or faulty upon receiving it, we kindly ask you to start a reclamation case as soon as the defect has been observed.
Describe the defect in as much detail as possible and send us pictures of the damage to hello@limmatstudio.ch, for us to assess your case.
All reclamation cases will be handled over email.
